Tips to Prepare for Your Service Technician

Being ready for the arrival of your technician​

Make sure that you have available any supplies or items for us to complete the job. If you do not have the appropriate supplies or items let us know ahead of time so we can bring ourselves and if needed a materials charge will be billed.

Some supplies needed to complete the most popular jobs and materials charge added are:

• Television mount(s)

• Television mount(s) hardware

• Furniture item being assembled

For furnitue assembly jobs please have the item in the room where you want it to be assembled. If item is not in the room where you want it a $25 fee will be charged plus another $25 fee if you need it moved up stairs (per floor).
