Tips to Prepare for Your Service Technician
Being ready for the arrival of your technician
Make sure that you avaible any supplies or items for us to complete the job need done. If you have the appoariate supplies or items let us know ahead of time so we can bring ourselves and if needed a materials charge will be billed. In some cases you may need to also schedule a pick-up/delivery if it is a furniture assembly job.
Some supplies needed to complete the most popular jobs and materials charge added are:

If your appointment is for a single-item pick-up/delivery we need the following information:

Sellers name, contact number, and address

Buyers name, contact number, address, and email (for billing)

Item must be paid upon our arrival
If you need an single-item pick-up/delivery from a Home Depot, Lowes, or some other store we need the following information:

Name of store, store address, and order number

Buyers name, contact number, address, and email (for billing)

For furnitue assembly jobs please have the item in the room where you want it to be assembled. If item is not in the room where you want it a $25 fee will be charged plus another $25 fee if you need it moved up stairs (per floor).
